Too and enough are used to express quantities that are too much and enough. We can find them quantifying adverbs, adjectives and also nouns. Apart from the use as a determiner of quantity, they can work alone by applying their meaning to the entire sentence.
What is the difference between too and too much?
So the difference between too much and too many is that too much is used with uncountable nouns or only at the end of the sentence. "Too many" is essentially the plural version of too much. Too, on the other hand, is used with adjectives.
TOO
This word can go before an adjective or an adverb, it is used to express that something is more than what is needed or required, therefore, it has a negative meaning.

Examples:
- He eats too fast = He eats too fast
